The attention is great. The sex is even better. The kisses, the gifts and food. It is all wonderful. But being a parttime lover is not what a relationship is about.

Think about this: He is lying to you everytime he is with you. He is lying by denying that he has established a relationship with someone out there and is maintaining it by remaining married.

Look. Just leave. Give yourself a month to think about the situation that you are in, realize that there are men out there that will love you wholeheartedly if you just stop settling for less.
